Think spacious promenades, palm-lined coastal boulevards, and a low-rise backdrop with a touch of Art Deco and Belle Époque. In between towns, you may find seafront properties, but these never dominate the beautiful French Mediterranean landscape.
Another thing to note is that the coastline of the French Riviera is much more diverse than that of some other Mediterranean destinations. Don’t expect sandy beaches in every bay.
