Custom itinerary delivery & refinement
After developing your personalized plan, I’ll deliver your comprehensive PDF itinerary, complete with all recommendations and detailed suggestions, via email. You’ll then have the opportunity to review everything and request one round of revisions to ensure it perfectly matches your vision.

Once you’re completely satisfied with the itinerary, you can move forward with finalizing the arrangements for your dream French Riviera experience. Your personalized plan includes direct links to all suggested accommodations, restaurants, tours, and transportation options.

Terms of Service for French Riviera Travel Planning packages

Bonjour! I’m so happy you’re considering letting me help plan your stay on the beautiful French Riviera. Below you’ll find a few important notes to clarify what’s included, how I work, and where my responsibilities begin and end, just to keep things smooth for both of us.
1. Scope of Service
Nice & Beyond offers personalized French Riviera travel planning services, including curated accommodation suggestions, itinerary advice, and one-on-one consults. I do not act as a travel agent and do not make bookings on your behalf. You are responsible for all final reservations and payments.
2. What You’ll Receive
Each package clearly states what is included, whether it’s a one-off consult, handpicked places to stay, or a fully personalized itinerary. You’ll receive a digital document or email with tailored suggestions and booking links.
3. Turnaround Time
Each package clearly states the turnaround time. Here’s an summary:
- Bespoke Itinerary: Upon booking, you can plan the video consultation in my agenda. I’ll deliver your custom itinerary within 10 days after that initial video call.
- Stay Somewhere Special: I typically deliver your recommendations within 3–5 days of receiving your completed questionnaire.
- Start Smart: Upon booking, you can plan the video consultation in my agenda. I typically deliver your follow-up notes within 3–5 days.
4. Revisions
The Bespoke Itinerary and Stay Somewhere Special packages include one round of light tweaks or clarifications on the condition that you send me clear instructions within 10 days after receiving my recommendations. Substantial changes (e.g., different towns, shifting dates, new preferences) may require a new planning fee. The Start Smart package is a one-off live video consultation and therefore doesn’t include any tweaks or revisions.
5. Payment Terms
All services are prepaid in full. Payment secures your spot and allows me to start working on your plan.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable once planning has started:
- Bespoke Itinerary: The refund deadline is 24 hours before the start of the video consultation.
- Stay Somewhere Special: Refunds are only possible if you haven’t yet completed the questionnaire.
- Start Smart: The refund deadline is 24 hours before the start of the video consultation.
Please note that if you’re eligible for a refund, an administrative fee of €20 will be deducted to cover PayPal transaction charges.

7. Limitations of Liability
Nice & Beyond is not responsible for:
- Changes in pricing, availability, or policies at hotels, rentals, or platforms.
- Booking errors, miscommunications with providers, or cancellations by third parties.
- Delays or disruptions to your travel plans due to weather, strikes, or other factors outside my control.
All recommendations are made in good faith, based on current availability, verified sources, and my personal knowledge of the region. Your final travel decisions and arrangements are your responsibility.
8. Content Use
The personalized content you receive is for your private use only. Please don’t share, republish, or reproduce any part of your travel plan for commercial purposes.
